We brought our daughter here for an ear infection on a Sunday. I am so glad we did. It was way quicker than going to a well now office. I love the fact that this is for children. Everyone there was so polite, clean office and the kids love everything that’s there. They even called a few days later to check in on our daughter. If you have a sick child and can’t get to your doctors office, go here!! And tell everyone else too! You have the option of making an appointment before you go in also. Great great place. It sure beats sitting in well now for hours. I don’t review places very often. But Drakos deserved this one

Drakos was absolutely great! They were fast, effective, nice, and funny. I'm going to start bringing my son here now, instead of the local urgent care I usually go to.

I can’t say enough about this place. Called got an appointment within within 15 minutes from the front end staff to the back staff absolutely wonderful testing and everything is right there available. I would’ve been hours waiting at other urgent cares. They were so nice. gave my daughter a popsicle with a sleeve to keep her hand warm. They have late hours till 12 AM open very convenient place in Liverpool. Thank you Drakos‘s staff for taking well care of my daughter!!

Excellent place! Staff was very thorough and attentive. Eased my child’s fears. Being self pay sucks but they were very conscientious about finances and tried to keep everything affordable. I will definitely be back if we need anything urgent! Hopefully not too soon though!

I had never heard of this place until last Friday when I was in my car listening to the radio. I was thrilled that they take patients up to 26 years of age. I brought my 24 year old son there and they were Awesome!!! They texted me that they were running about 20 min late which was very considerate. They took us right in at the scheduled new time. Even called at 11 pm that night to go over his blood work!! They are open late which is so convenient too. I Highly recommend Drako’s Pediatric Urgent Care. 5 out if 5 stars!!!!

Registration was smooth , fast , easy , they gave an estimated time of being seen by a provider . The receptionist was very nice and pleasant . The nurses seemed happy to be there , were smiling , the provider was great , was very knowledgeable and very gentle and personable with my 6 yr old daughter . They were overall very nice , a very pleasant experience , much different than a normal urgent care center. The lab amd orovidwr called back as they promised with results just when they said they would , have great follow-up information as well . Overall a great place !!!! Ed

My 4 year old had the opportunity to visit today at Drakos Pediatric Urgent care for a sick visit and the staff made the visit wonderful. Check-in was seamless and only took 30 seconds at the front desk to get checked in for our visit. The front staff was super friendly and greeted both me and my son. They made him laugh and ensure we had children’s mask and adult mask. We were then met in a triage room where we had my son’s weight, temperature and vitals checked. The staff was able to make my sick son think it was a game to go through all of the steps of the process and managed to get a 4 year old cooperate. I was amazed in how seamless this was as I was expecting a nightmare as my son can be tough to please with new people. In addition the staff were able to swab my son’s nose within the first couple minutes of the visit while keeping him entertained. We were then directed to a spacious room for just us where we were immediately met with another member of the Drakos staff who asked for my son’s medical background, symptoms and allergies. The patient room had toys for my son to play with as we waited for a provider to see us. My son made a block tower for the car to drive on. Made waiting for the provider seem really quick. We were met by both the provider and the results of our test from the swab that was taken when we first arrived. It was amazing getting results back so quickly, I have never received results this quickly at any other doctor office I have been to. The provider was super friendly and was able to give us a diagnosis and had the script sent to my pharmacy. Overall 5 stars experience, would highly recommend to anyone with children.

I brought my 1 1/2 year old here that had a fever of 100.8 and was told Prior if I made an appointment it would be faster than walking in. So I booked an appointment for 8:00pm. When we arrived I got into a room quickly however we were stuck sitting in our room for 1 Hour and 45 min before being seen by a doctor. I witnessed walk-ins that came after us leave before us! When we asked how much longer they told us we were next even though they proceeded to see other patients that weren’t waiting as long as us. I am sure of this because I left my wife inside with my son while I kept going outside to get fresh air. We would’ve walked out If I had time to go somewhere else but it was already past his bed time and I had to work early.
